After being a Corporate Recruiting Leader for years, I saw that applicant tracking systems were shutting out most candidates from jobs they were qualified for and that the people getting great jobs were the ones circumventing our systems.


The system was broken and it felt defeating to be a part of it.


I realized I didn't want to be part of the broken system anymore.


I realized the strategies that I had witnessed being used to bypass me as a recruiter were successful and could be used to coach job seekers to save time and land the jobs they actually want.


I wanted to show professionals like you how to be seen by the hiring managers, interview well, and negotiate for better benefits and salaries. I want to show you how to take charge of your own career path.


Since then, I’ve helped thousands of professionals land their dream jobs. We’ve optimized over 4000 resumes & LinkedIn profiles of professionals just like you. In my coaching program, I’ve helped negotiate $10M in salary increases for high-achievers who once struggled to land interviews.

I started my career as a personal trainer and life coach, which fits perfectly with my love for fitness and my passion for helping people reach their goals. Seeing my clients prove to themselves that their hard work and dedication could make an impact on their lives was magical.
